gcc-4.7-multilib software package provides GNU C compiler (multilib files), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gcc-4.7-multilib
gcc-4.7-multilib is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gcc-4.7-multilib package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gcc-4.7-multilib *
You will get with gcc-4.7-multilib package name, version, architecture and description in a table
